This Week in Valandor: Shadows Take Shape

Progress continues, and the threads are starting to weave tighter.

If you’re part of the Beta Reader Portal, you’ve likely noticed some recent additions. New chapters are live, and more are on the way. The response so far has been incredible, and your feedback is shaping every page.

Outside the story itself, two new lore entries have been added to the world of Valandor:

• A kingdom cloaked in twilight and secrets, ruled not just by power, but by what stays hidden.
• A race feared and misunderstood, whose very existence challenges what the rest of the world believes is true.

Neither of these entries are “flavor text.” They are core to how this world works, and to the conflicts that drive it. If you’re the kind of reader who likes knowing what lies beneath the surface, both are worth a look.

You’ll also find a new blog post that pulls back the curtain a little on how Valandor began, before the maps, before the timelines. Just one image. One question. And a world that grew from there.
